The colors are actually in the brown family. Nevertheless, I am once again impressed with this shoe, as it's very, very comfortable. I have owned approximately a dozen pair of Keen shoes and sandals and this brand does not disappoint! I walked at least three miles the first time I wore them and had no problems. The soles aren't super flexible, but they may break in with time, and since they don't rub my heels, I figure it doesn't matter. And my feet will definitely be protected. The shoes are a versatile shade of brown, and I like the material of the laces. There is no lack of padding or cushioning anywhere on the shoe. These will probably last a long time - I bought them to replace another pair of brown Keens that I've had for years and years and that are still basically wearable and look okay, but have finally started to show some age. |
