These shoes are very nice and good quality. I have never owned a pair of Dr. Martens and after reading the reviews I decided to get a size smaller. I normally wear a 7 1/2 to or 8, I got these in a 5UK/7US and they fit perfect.

these shoes are the best! I found them true to size. soo comfy...and hold up (i am a federal agent-and they hold up as good as any 5-11 police boot)

This is a great shoe. Doc Martens are generally reliable, solid, comfortable, durable, and they protect your feet. This shoe does all that, but the 2-inch sole gives a wonderful extra-chunky solidity to the look. You get traction for your feet, and traction for your outfit.
