I love Eastlands and this shoe is no exception in terms of styling and workmanship. But, the sizing is terribly off. All of my other Eastland shoes are 8W and this was incredibly narrow and so short that my toes rubbed the inside of the shoe. I was forced to return them. This was disappointing to say the least! I chose not to reorder because although the 8.5 W might solve the length problem, I suspect they will still be very narrow. I suggest that folks used to buying narrow shoes give the m width a try. Wide width folks might not find these to work very well.

I love Eastland shoes, but with my age and boney smallish feet I always need to put insoles in them. And with a thick pair of socks, they're great for Indiana winters. I was so happy to find a shoe with laces - they fit so much better than the slip-on variety for my feet. Thanks for carrying these. If I could get the brown ones for the same price as the black, I would. Thanks!

Just received these, so I can't speak to how they will hold up over time. They are comfortable right out of the box. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9. Because there were limited sizing options I ordered the 9 wide (I don't typically get a wide) but they feel good... not too floppy. Wanted an oxford without it looking too much like a "manly work shoe" and these fit the bill. The heel and the little flower detail give them a little bit of a "girlie" flavor but not too much so. The price was right too... better than Zappo's. I may just have to order the brown ones!
