For me these shoes are true to size. The leather is beautiful, high gloss real leather rather than patent leather. And very comfortable. I wore them for the first time all day and was as comfortable when I got home as I was when I first put them on in the morning.I'm not sure how they would look with a skirt, but for trousers they are beautiful and classy.

I purchased these shoes in brown because I needed something to wear with slacks to work. I really like them and find them to be very comfortable. They were tight the first two wears, but got looser as I wore them. I like Aerosoles, because I have a handicap and need to wear shoes with a lot of structure. I get most of my shoes from the higher-end comfort shoes market such as Joseph Siebell, Dansko, Beautifeel, etc. Aerosoles are moderately priceed, but are very comfortable for me and wear well. I like them so much that I ordered another pair in black.
